Tuition Collection Goes One by One.

At many small schools, tuition is tracked through a notebook or WhatsApp messages answered one by one. The treasurer waits for transfer proof, then matches names and amounts by hand.

Mid-month, it is unclear who has not paid. Parents who already transferred get asked again because the record is not updated yet.

We Set Up a Payment Flow That Records Itself.

Instead of manual chasing, we install a simple tuition payment page: parents enter the student's name, pick the amount, and pay via QRIS or virtual account. The system marks it paid and adds it to the treasurer's list automatically.

Now every incoming payment is recorded with name, amount, and time. The treasurer just opens the list to see who has not paid this month.

Parents are no longer asked repeatedly after transferring. Reminders go only to those who genuinely have not paid.
